USA
Orders to the USA of US panoramas will be delivered from our warehouse in the USA and will be charged with EURO 9.00. For orders of other panoramas to the USA we charge EURO 60.00, as these panoramas are delivered from our warehouse in Germany.

Delivery times
As far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries to other countries within 5 – 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment terms
For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

• Payment in advance by bank transfer
• Payment by credit card
• Payment by PayPal

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
