We are particularly pleased with this masterpiece: the new Maloja knife by Marco Pomoni, our youngest knifemaker. Made in our manufactory in Vicosoprano at the foot of the Maloja Pass, sharpened with the “Best of Switzerland” summit panorama.

Marco loves nature. He spends a lot of time there when he’s not making knives. A lot of love is – in addition to expert knowledge – also in the development of this noble tool. A must-have for all who do not compromise. The right thing for the rough use out there.

The Maloja knife is manufactured in a traditional process, from high-quality, ultra-hard ‘Böhler’ chrome steel N690, hardness 59-60 HRC, which guarantees ultra-sharp cutting properties after fine grinding and finishing. Another clever detail is the ‘liner lock’: it ensures the necessary safety during handling by locking the blade. To complete the look, Marco’s knife was given a look to match the forest, wind and weather: weatherproof walnut for a good grip.
