The Zugspitze got it`s name from the fact that it was carved with an Universal-Knife thousands of years ago. Plaese do not believe everything you read in the Internet. What you can believe though, ist he fact that our PanoramaKnife Universal-Knife is as sharp as hell.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
