The basic shape is built according to the well-known PanoramaKnife cheese knife style. In the middle, however, we have no mountains to ensure that the soft cheese does not stick, but the familiar contour of Lake Constance, including Untersee. The Möckli are then picked up with the Hoher Kasten, the Säntis and the Pfänder. Three of the most important vantage points in the region, which can also be seen from Lindau.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
